Head transplants

Noo has a habit of removing heads from his Lego figures! I'm trying not to worry about it, but he does remind me of "Sid" from "Toy Story"......

Another lovely cold, crisp day here. Rumour has it that we might get a flurry of snow overnight! I did see an accident first thing, which wasn't so nice, and there is a lot of ice around. GravyC took a fall when out running this morning, so I played it safe by running on the coast where it is a few degrees warmer. No pain!!! Optimistic!
