Birch tableau

It has been a cold day and I have been taking Lemsip Max to counter the cold I picked up in London. That didn't stop Claire and I from getting out and pruning a few of the espaliered apples in the walled garden. We packed it in when I ran out of twine and the snow started falling.

Angus spent the day skating in town. Megan was on a lifesaving course. Amman from Wushaw came down to but a bike frame that Angus had advertised.

Butternut squash soup for tea followed by Apple pie. Warm to bed.
