LATE CHRISTMAS PRESENT

Had asked and hinted for a spiralizer for Christmas...so The Rev bought me one in the week. Luckily it wasn't for Christmas as it came in the box with an address sticker on...no wrapping. The Rev was disappointed as he had wanted to surprise me :(
I had a great time spiral zing carrots and cucumber and with O's assistance we made this Thai Beef Salad...it was delicious and definitely a recipe to he repeated.
