Shall I shan't I?

After a long walk today this was near the end and it was dusk, hence the shiny eyes reflecting with the flash. Reggie stood on the bank looking and listening then thought he saw something in the water! I think he regretted the dip as it was really cold; there were still some patches of ice floating! He was pleased to be home for his dinner and a warm and has been snuggling on the sofa next to me all evening.
