Congratulations Dinner

This evening we hosted a dinner party for two couples from my hubby's work.  We were toasting a retirement and a promotion for two fine men.  The weather finally warmed up a little so we started the evening outside on the patio with some grilled shrimp and baked brie. Dave smoked a delicious Prime Rib for our entree and our ending note to the evening was a homemade White Chocolate Cheesecake with strawberries.  I was very happy that I exercise this morning but I think I will need to workout extra this week to make up for all the decadent food that we consumed at our party!
