Totally - Utterly - BATS?

No, just hanging up by 2 toes. Being, relatively, hardened, to the antics/activities of my Hangers-on: I was still a bit surprised to see this particular activity.
Particularly as it was still there after I'd been through, collected the camera and returned.
 So I fired off a couple & sauntered out, in cold feet, to see if my suspicions were correct.
They were - 2014 Scottish Union "Homer" who seems to have lost his/her way - some time ago if the total lack of a racing ring's any criterion.
