Cotton Mill, Keighley

A minor detour into the heart of Keighley on the way home from the Stanbury Splash.  This splendid Grade II* listed cotton mill is the only remaining mill of its type in Yorkshire.  Built in the late 18C for spinning cotton and later worsted it formed part of a collection of mill buildings alongside the river Worth.  It is the only building left on the site.  The extra shows the front elevation with a sluice gate.
