Low tide at Anstruther on a very cold day. One advantage of visiting Anstruther at this time of year is that the queue for a fish tea is very much shorter than in the warmer months. There are many good 'chippys' in Fife but the Anstruther Fish Bar today lived up to the publicity claims and delivered the best battered haddock and chips that I can remember sitting down to.
