The notice board that time forgot.......

......y'know, every time I sit in the doctors waiting room I feel an strange urge to offer to give this notice board a make-over......can't imagine why.......

So, urine has been passed, blood has been let and scales have have been scaled (I kept my eyes shut and my fingers in my ears for that one!), blood pressure was high (as expected, I blame it on that notice board!) though it's spot-on normal now I've got home.....job done, tick......
