Soggy Shrewsbury

Headed into Shrewsbury to see Alastair, took the car and drove for the first time in agessss, with it not being worth the car insurance last year. I forgot how much I actually enjoy driving, even on the nightmare that is the A5! Went for a wander with Alastair into town to buy sweeties from the sweetie shop, with porthill bridge closed we had to wander along the river for a bit, and with the amount of rain we've had recently it's not surprising the Severn is very much in flood!
