Is this Bowie???

I like to collect the tops to sparkling wine bottles, and some are a lot more interesting than others (depends how much you pay for the fizz i guess!!). I'd like to tell you what make this one came from but the downside of this "hobby" is that after drinking the bottle and going to bed one tends to forget to keep the bottle and thus a mystery commences... Any ideas on this one? There's a hint of Ziggy to it in my mind.
