Working from home today with loads of announcements in work, still not sure if they are positive...
Tai Chi again tonight - still not convinced this is for me - but I have given it a good few weeks so guess I did give it a try...
My friend P is going through a pretty hard time at the moment as his wife is ill so that's been in my mind a lot - really hoping that she gets better fast!

And yes - more cross stitch tonight - avoiding this BIG pile of paperwork!
