Walk in the Park

My sources tell me this is a juvenile broad-wing hawk.  

When I pointed him out to a couple out walking with their (rather small) dogs, they looked up and said, "Wow! Beautiful!" and kept walking.  The hawk was keeping a realllllly close watch on their smallest dog (toy poodle/chihuahua size). They were oblivious.
