Distasteful

I was really looking forward to today. I had my food face on and was ready to take pics and eat my way through all the delicious taster dishes at the Edinburgh Taste Festival. Sadly, however, just as we were getting ready to go, I got a text saying the festival had been cancelled due to the wet weather.

Instead I had to whet my appetite with cheese and Worcestershire toasties and a game of Scrabble while the rain washed away all our Saturday plans ... Since I won Scrabble, I guess you could say not all was lost...
