We had an opportunity to see a house that is for sale in our neighbourhood.  I promised myself that I would not get my hopes up and good thing that I did that.  This house was even smaller than our current apartment!  Even with renovation which is a must we would not gain any open space.  Too bad as location was perfect.
Maybe the next one will be it.
