Tangle

A gap between the road & a building.  An empty space in need of attention. An air of anticipation, of building excitment, of curious energy about to burst. Nervous adults with 'in the know' children.

There's about to be a change ... infact there's  going to be lots of changes .... & it's bound to be fun!

Scribbled colour punctuated with laughter & daring now decorates the forecourt of the Melbourne Arts Centre.

A delightful, transient, evolving mess created by completely random artists forms then disappears then forms again transforming the landscape into a vibrant dense web of joy and happiness.

TANGLE is  artistic adventure for children / formidable artists aged 6 - 12 designed by creative geniuses Polyglot.

Given balls of coloured elastic the 'artists' are required to run, climb, crawl, bounce, fall and dance about a series of poles with one key objective .... to tangle up the adults 'controlling' them.

The pathway of each child becomes the interconnected story of all of the participants. Check it out if you get the chance - it's a great way to find a smile :)
