Power / SWR / Frequency Meter

For the technically minded, ex-CB'er or Radio Ham, here's a piece of equipment I'll need in the next few days! I'm setting up a low power transmitter and have to check the power level, normally a minimum of 5W can be adjusted down to 2W!
