Useless camera, dull weather and busy at work so had to resort to making the my news of the week the my blip. A PhD student I supervise has managed to get an article he wrote into "Nature Climate Change", something which the University's Press Office publicised so we ended up in today's Scotsman. I did little more than correct the English but he made me third author. Unfortunately the paper argues that it is possible to increase Brazilian beef production and  cut greenhouse gas emissions by clever pasture management.
