Caution - wet floor

A crisp, cold, early start in Chester. Early enough that I had an hour to stroll around before my 9 am meeting. All I can say is that Chester is very quiet at 8 am. Then it was me that was wet in Manchester, twice. Hey ho.

At least the day looked up with J9s sautéed wild mushrooms with garlic & creme fraiche, all piled on toast, topped with crisped pancetta and a poached egg.
Legendary.
