Preparations

There are just eight sitting weeks to go in the Parliament before dissolution and the election.

As ever at the end of a session the pace is  stepping up, even from its usual frenetic level.  Bills are coming to their final stages,  long running constituency issues  need to be pursued, and long postponed meetings  must be scheduled.

On the legislative front  I have had a very busy time with Stage 2 of the Land Reform Bill and was lodging more amendments this afternoon as well as starting to finalise others for next week's session. .

There was also a wee bit of filming being done today , and I caught  this shot of a shot (so to speak)  in the rush  of events.
