Tortoise again

Its been raining, that's novel! Visited the in-laws and the sun came out, went back in but stopped raining so I went outside to find the tortoise. Located him at end of the garden but he doesn't look very happy, think he is fed up with all the rain. This tortoise was bought for my husband when he was a boy. Can you guess his name? Big sunshinny smile for the winner!
