Lancashire Hotpot

Sorry this is so late but I tried a number of things today which did not work out. I was trying to do my lesson on the photography course but could not get it right. Then I replenished the bird station but although a few birds came along I did not get a decent pic.

I then thought I would try and capture my evening meal experimenting with my Xmas present, slow cooker. I decided on a Lancashire hotpot as I had had a wonderful one in a pub whilst in Kendal. This was the result. My son came and was clearly not too impressed. Anyway nothing else to show so it will have to do.
