Don't mind if I do

Bit of a strange day all around. But later on Mrs G invited me out for a cup of tea and a chocolate brownie. Can't say no to that.

Even if the brownie in question had about a 3rd of the calories I'm supposed to be having all day. It just has to be done.

Diet starts again tomorrow.
