After another...........

.......rather busy week, this was an extremely relaxing day.

A bit of a  lie-in enjoying a good book. The usual Saturday breakfast of eggs in various formats followed by a trip into town.

Mrs DD's car washed at the bridge garage, a quick trip to a new coffee venue for, would you believe, coffee, a light lunch, starting to read a new book, chatting and generally chilling in a lovely setting, followed by a return home and my car washed just before it rained!

Walk the dog, an hour or so reading with a good coffee or two, trip to our local for a pint of Three Tuns in front of a roaring log fire, Chinese meal with a bottle of our favourite Pinot Noir, and a snooze for Mrs DD in front of the telly box.

All in all, a full and tiring day.
