Comfort

People feel comfort in a multitude of ways and for this little girl, her thumb, a touch of her dad's pant leg, and his gentle words seemed to be just what she needed. I was taking "people" pictures at a park near us and became obsessed with watching this little girl in particular. People were wading in the fountain nearby, kids were screaming and running everywhere, and she just stood by looking terrified! I took a lot of pictures of just her, but when her dad leaned down to comfort her I couldn't resist this one of the two of them. This is my 560th blip and only my fifth picture with people in it! I have to get in practice for my grandchild's arrival in November!
