Intrepid or what to get a derelict blip

This building is one of two on Redcliffe Wharf (where I had my first boat moored).  The wharf is due for 'renovation' and it is planned to convert these old warehouses into 14 top of the market flats.  Huge controversy surrounds the Council decision to appoint a London based firm to redevelop the site and excluding a local group that have been working on the ideas for the site for at least 15 years to have any say in the matter of what will be built. We don't want the bland sort of development that has gone on round the rest of the harbour...
