Hyacinth

Signs of spring to gladden the heart and lift the spirits etc etc. Love the spring flowers and the hyacinths given to me by a lovely friend have sprung into flower. I was drawn to the dramatic shadow as much as the beautiful flower and it's lovely fragrance, brightening a rather "meh" day.
