Dinner

Roasted chicken breast with Caesar salad and garlic bread with cheese and red onion.

This afternoon I went for a 5km run.  It was only after I turned for home that I realised it was a route I usually cycle.  I cycle in miles, but run in km, so it was actually 5 miles I ran.  8km.  Oh well, it's all good training and I felt good afterward.
