A Grass Snake (right?)

This guy was half way through devouring a very large toad when I disturbed him (or her) accidentally. Looking at pics on the internet it looks like a grass snake. Would anybody care to confirm that please?

The toad was in a very bad way and had dissappeared altogether when I went back to look later.
