Mono Monday Challenge: Selfie

Those of you of a certain age (and I suspect mostly the men) may remember my favourite adventure comic from the 1950's and 60's, The Eagle.  The star of the comic was Pilot of the Future, Dan Dare who with his sidekick Digby, battled alien attackers of Earth and in particular his arch-enemy, The Mekon.  Looking at this selfie, I think I can see where the illustrator got the idea for the Mekon.
