Tiny Tuesday - Marvel of Construction

Have decided to visit as many of the challenges as I can over the next month to find out more about the activities on the site.  If anyone can point me in the right direction of other regular challenges and in particular who is the host/organiser, I'd appreciate it.

I find this challenge appealing as it makes you look more closely at the everyday articles that are around the house.  This is a marvel of construction.  I find it mind blowing how they put all of the different elements into this small head.  I'm sure it will be automated, but it is still impressive.
