Squared up

I finished this quilt top some time ago but now it's been sandwiched and quilted by my friend, Maggie, on her Gammill long arm machine. Just the binding left to do. Super. We went for a lovely walk round the RSPB woods in Blean, Canterbury but I forgot my camera. However for the second day running I startled a green woodpecker pecking at the grass verge on our suburban street.
