Venus Flytrap

Another busy day and our usual meeting with my brother and sister in law in the evening.   This didn't leave much time for photography.  So I decided when we got back in to take a shot of the Venus Flytrap leaves.

This is a stack of just two shots taken using my recently acquired lens reversal ring.

It is interesting to note that the Venus Flytrap so ubiquitous in garden centres is actually native to an area near Wilmington North Carolina in USA which is only 75 miles across.
