Wonderful Life

The sun is shining when Anniemay comes bouncing back from the gym; “the sun is shining …. let’s go and check out where the local posh kids go to school”.  Well, she didn’t put it quite like that.  It’s not quite local - at 12 miles or so distant, it’s out of catchment.  

The groundkeeper was Capability Brown.  He made a nice job of the golf course - not too far to walk from the classrooms.

It’s a wonderful life.

After a good walk round the grounds, we had tea and cake in the tearoom and looked at each others’ photos.  Discussed supper and then made plans for the weekend.

And so another great singer has passed away.

No need to run and hide
