Butterfly

For Abstract Thursday a butterfly abstract , a Tree Nymph/ Paperwhite made into a sketch.

I had a brilliant day with Lorna, going to a nature reserve in Musselburgh first to see if any of the visiting owls were showing up, but it might have been too windy. It was quite cold but beautifully sunny, see the extra. Then a lovely lunch in South Queensferry, and finally a visit to the Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect Farm near Dalkeith. Where there's also a Dobbies and a Lakeland, so we had a great time looking at their wares and I bought an all weather jacket and Lorna a very swish juicer.
I'm now rather tired and will try to catch up tomorrow.
