Here I am at the Neville Museum checking out
the sculpture, "I am a Tough old Bird.

This is the story behind the sculpture:

"I Am A Tough Old Bird" is an autobiographical work.  Everyone has highs and lows in their lives; last spring was a particularly stressful time for my family.  I decided to make a sculpture depicting that period.......much of the symbolism in this sculpture is personal, but what I am trying to communicate is that when times get rough, all one can do is "put one foot in front of the other" and keep moving!"
