Spring

There was definitely more of a spring in my step today as I walked around to my friend Una's for coffee. The sun was shining and the garden is full of beautiful snowdrops, cyclamen and crocuses. Sadly Peter's not feeling quite so good as he's still full of cold and has an inner ear infection upsetting his balance & making him nauseous; so now neither of us can drive! 

This evening was our 10th year anniversary book club night. Its hard to believe that the same group of mums who first got together when Anthony was 4, are still meeting. Time has flown. The book was 'A Song For Issy Bradley' by Carys Bray. Its about a Mormon family, their faith and their grief when a child dies. It wasn't unputdownable, but it was interesting to learn about a faith I previously didn't know much about.
