............ are deceiving, I know this may look like a Yorkshire pudding, but it's actually a lemon cake. A fatless sponge, that when it comes out of the oven has quite a height then drops to this. The recipe is for a well known slimming group, not WW that I attend, but you can work out that a slice (an eighth) is 3 smart points. Quite tasty and not too lemony.

On a positive note, I've finished my row (another into the wee small hours event), but another task ticked off my list to do before my holidays :)
