Healthy or not

I struggle to understand why this is classed as a syn Its fruit yoghurt and a touch of juice!! But I will battle on. My day is a bit of a sad one, final accounts and realisation that our Loss is forever and final but on a positive note !! And although I am not allowed to mention my sons on here (unless it's boxing!!) I love my phone calls from the one at uni he's a star. I hope those that read this are happy and coping with whatever life brings to you
