You know when you want to get a certain effect and you take image after image in a desperate attempt to capture what you are seeing in your mind, but you fail dismally?

Well that's me today.

It's beetling down with rain which is incredibly welcome, and I'm not complaining.  In fact we are likely to double our January average if this keeps up and the garden is getting a fine drenching.

But I wanted to capture that rain and I tried so hard.  But it is what is.
