Just lit

On a truly awful day of weather in Scotland as a result of Storm Gertrude ,  which resulted in the cancellation of all my travel plans (which was to be fair also due to some bug I seem to have caught ) I did fortunately manage to honour most of my afternoon surgery appointments by phone.  

Thereafter  lighting the fire seemed the most sensible and constructive thing to do.   

And now I am sitting in front of it.
