Five

These five are probably less than a day old.
This morning we saw a very proud hen with three little chickens. At noon she started to walk in the shed and she was a moment outside with her brood. We counted 5 chickens out of 6 eggs! (that's a very good result!). It's remarkable that 3 of the chickens are very dark. I am curious what colour feathers they will get!

When the hen saw me coming with my dangerous camera, she went in the shed quickly. But such a big jump, for the first time, takes some time for the little ones, so I had my opportunity to make my blip for today :-).
