WHAT"S DOING GUYS....

.... seems our weather at moment is taking a "pattern"!!!

As you can see in my pic, it was another stunning morning, and spotted these lorikeets as in extra, up in the gum in the park up the back. Grabbed the camera, and caught them doing some syncronised preening in the morning sun. No doubt after yesterdays storm they would have had a damp night.

Anyway, in flew the sulphur crested cockatoo to be educated in how to do such a feat, and off they went.

Liked the way the sun caught the underwings of the top one.

... yep, at around 4 pm in rolled the storm. MASSIVE, today with the thunder and lightening we had 41mm approx in about an hour. Down side, yesterday's dump came into our front lounge area via the porch roof, and todays dump, followed the same line, and water damage to lounge carpet and walls etc. So claim into NRMA the Insurance people, and within 15 minutes have had a call from the crowd they use for carpet work etc. Apparently we will hear from someone tomorrow re drying /sanitise, or replace. The cause issue is in the pipeline also to be sorted. So, at this point very happy with the service, just a pain in the you know where.....suppose it could be a lot worse so thankful for that.
