Breakthrough

This sort of cloud cover is not normal for July in Catalunya, although I don't mind the sun being covered.  This sort of temperature is not normal for July in Catalunya, although I don't mind wearing a fleece to walk the dog.  Is there anywhere in the world where the weather is being normal for this time of year?
