The Crows

We all waited with baited breath this morning for the deluge supposedly coming down from the cyclone up north! By lunchtime the first few drops fell and it rained on and off for a couple of hours - nothing heavy though. It was a bit of an anti climax but it was definitely a lot cooler and the cars look much cleaner ;o)) ahhhh!

These crows seemed a bit apprehensive as well this morning and didn't fly off as usual as we approached them, just gave us 'the look' !!

By the time we got to G's this afternoon the rain was steady and a big huntsman spider had come in out of the rain ugh!! (Extra:) Just an iPhone shot in low light, not terrific but enough to see how big he was, they aren't poisonous and their one saving grace is that they do catch mosquitoes!
