Filamentary My Dear Wattson

I'd forgotten how expensive car headlamp bulbs are. Amazingly both mine and Mrs K's car's headlamp bulb went within days of each other and, coincidentally, they're exactly the same specification. So, I could have just got two replacements. However, the brightness has always been woeful on dipped main beam on Mrs K's so I'd decided to upgrade to 120% brighter bulbs. Which meant that I could have just bought two and swapped the good with mine. However, how could I possibly upgrade Mrs K's and not mine?? Hence, I splashed out and bought four of the brighter standard, £60!
