I didn't go down to Braintree to watch Chester today so thought I would go and watch some other local football instead. If I had realised how cold it was going to be I probably would have stayed in the warm but it was a great opportunity to play with the camera and take some action shots.

This was the North West Counties League Premier Division game between Runcorn Linnets and Nelson and although it wasn't a great game I enjoyed trying to capture some action shots and was pleased with my efforts.

Boring football bit - Runcorn won the game with a goal that was miles offside deep into injury time but by then my hands were frozen and I had put away the camera.
