Uninviting

I hadn't been for a run since my outing in the snow two weeks ago, so I really had to get out. Although there was some snow on the hills, the cloud was thick and low. Initially sluggish due to the past two days of food and drink, I was surprised to be moving well once I got into the hills. The steep descent off South Black Hill on snow-covered heather was great fun and I felt good all the way back home.

With our guest, we had an excellent evening out tasting and drinking craft beers and eating Indian tapas at a pub in Leith, never mind that we were fourth and last in the quiz.
