Surprise snow

We got as few inches of snow last night which was a surprise to me. It coated one of my portentilla bushes very nicely. This is a very hardy bush well suited to the Colorado climate. It also has very yellow flowers for much of the Summer. Expecting up to a foot of snow by tomorrow evening so am going to stay indoors and work on some house projects.
