Charm Bracelet

I said to PicturePoems a good while ago that I would post a Blip of my mum's charm bracelet and today I have.  If I remember correctly I'm responsible for buying the 10 shilling note and the Crown*.  It's an odd bit of jewellery, very chunky but I remember with some fondness the sound it made when she wore it.  I suppose that's why I keep it.

Don't know what made me think to blip it today, but sometimes one thinks of the oddest things at the oddest times.

I suppose the equivalent today are Pandora bracelets and necklaces.  I think they're probably easier to wear.

*It was a thing I did when I was a kid.  I was never bothered about buying my dad or my sister presents, but I saved up pretty continuously to make sure my mum got a "nice" Birthday and Xmas present.
